That help file dates back to 2008. There are many updates after that. (Mostly sys function additions.) The Basicad section has several updates.
Where can I find the latest version?

It hasn't yet been written  :(

We rely on notes in the forum, release notes, and various other sources for the latest info.

DT recently issued the "Macros 17 Review 2017 by DT.doc" (May 2017, I added the year and author to the original name) that opens in Word and has all the hyper links like a help file. It's somewhere on the forum but I can't find it right now, so I attached it (I was sure somebody recently linked to it but I can't find that either). That would be the most up-to-date.

Here is the dcad macro help on a website, has a nice search function, can't copy though:
https://www.yumpu.com/en/document/view/51449348/macro-language-statements/70

It opens in the browser. I pinned it to my task bar right next to dcad, for easy access.

Thanks Lar, that's pretty much the same thing as the macros17.hlp file in a much more friendly format.
