Purchasing DesignCad from Australia
« on: December 07, 2017, 11:43:47 PM »
evenin all, it has been quite a long long time.
Trying to purchase a new version of DesignCad, all goes well until I click on the PayPal icon to pay and it doesn't like my address.
I'm purchasing from Australia, now just wondering if this is a common problem or is it just me!
I put in my street address, my city and Australia, there is no provision for me to add my state and here we don't have a Zip code we have a four number postcode.
The error message states my address is undefined.
Any enlightenment would be gratefully received.
I look forward to being back when I actually have a problem with the program!!

Could it be that they have a dealer in australia, and they try not to undercut his business?

Unfortunately the latest version is not listed there yet, but they have V2016.

Your best bet might be to call directly to designcad sales and see if you can get an answer.

The Australian dealer is Mindscape.com. They don't seem to have v2017 listed yet (it only came out a few weeks ago in the US). You might try contacting their sales department and see if they can get it for you.

Oh  for sure!!

I think it goes up by 235% each year, or thereabouts, unfortunately when multiplied repeatedly by 0 it still doesn't amount to much.

I hope you will like the latest version.

If you are jumping from 17, which I fondly remember, you will be surprised how many of the things you know are still the same, and many new and useful features have been added.
