I did not open your link but the dwg file probably has lots of unnecessary stuff and especially blocks in it.

Get the creators of the file to delete all unnecessary entities and purge unused blocks to make the file smaller, then try loading into dcad again.

I couldn't even open that file in 123D Design (an Autocad program). I got it to load in Sketchup Pro, then exported to DXF. That removed some objects a great distance from the main layout. It still loaded slowly (in my not-the-fastest machine). It's a large file, even "optimized" like I did.

AutoDesk used to provide a free DWG/DXF file viewer called DWG TrueView. I have used it to test corrupted DWG and DXF files. Sometimes I could open a file and then save it again from TrueView and then the files would open in other programs - especially DesignCAD.

AutoCRUD leaves a lot of unused garbage in files - blocks and such that aren't actually used in the drawing. This garbage accumulates with time as the drawing is modified - sometimes most of the file is garbage. The person creating the drawing has to deliberately flush unused garbage from the file.

I have worked with files up to 750 megabytes in DesignCAD. Anything over 100 megabytes is slow, and the "slowness" increases exponentially as file size grows. My work station is a 3.7 GHz 6 core i7 with 32 Gbytes of very fast RAM, and large files still load and edit slowly.

Is there a solution to purge automatically all the incompatible garbage on dwg file ?

Get the creators of the file to delete all unnecessary entities and PURGE UNUSED BLOCKS to make the file smaller, then try loading into dcad again.

"Purge Unused Blocks" is a command so just click it and all unused blocks are gone.

If the creators are unavailable then let anyone who has autocad do the purge for you. You will have to direct them as to what other unnecessary entities should be deleted. Then you should probably purge again, so if you deleted all instances of any more blocks then they will be purged as well.
