LoadUserNotes and SaveUserNotes now in BasicCAD 18.2
« on: April 11, 2008, 09:01:01 AM »
I forgot this in the 18.2 Release Notes, but:

<LoadUserNotes
and
<SaveUserNotes

are now properly implemented in BasicCAD.
LoadUserNotes loads text from a text file and places it in the User Notes area of the drawing (viewable from Help/Drawing Info). This *will* overwrite any already-existing user notes, so use it with appropriate care.

SaveUserNotes saves the contents of the user notes to an external text file.

'mynotes.txt
This is a text file containing some notes.
It should be loaded using LoadUserNotes

Code: [Select]
'loadnotes.d3m
>LoadUserNotes
{
<Filename "*\mynotes.txt"
}

Code: [Select]
'savenotes.d3m
>SaveUserNotes
{
<Filename "*\mysavednotes.txt"
}

Most likely. However I have no concrete information on that at the moment.
