Title: IMSI
Post by: desman on June 07, 2017, 03:25:21 PM
Can anyone tell me what is going on with IMSI.  I have been a long time DesignCad user. I ordered the upgrade to the program 0n 5-26. My computer hard drive crashed so I am needing to down load the install again. The links in my purchase email say they are disabled, when I try to log into my account it says it recognizes my email but may not my password. I do a reset password and never receive an email to reset my password. I try to call and no one answers any extensions. This just about has me leaving DesignCad a program I have used for a very long time. Lets just say I have been involved since it was a small dos program called ProDesign.

Hopefully our infamous troll will appear shortly with official solutions for you, but meanwhile...

If you have a serial number, you could try downloading the free trial from here

https://www.turbocad.com/designcad-3d-max-2016-free-trial

As far as I know, it becomes a full version if you enter the serial number while installing.

So sorry desman,

We've been experiencing a fair number of glitches recently.

Can you forward your purchase emails to me ? I'll ask someone to manually re-enter the details into the system, and also get you a download link.

my email is kchapman at imsidesign dot com (sorry, had to break it up to avoid the notice of spammers)
